Whether you are a beginner or looking to take your fitness journey further, this bootcamp will equip you with the knowledge you need to reach your goals. Learn the basics of resistance training, nutrition and other lifestyle changes to help you become your best self. Reserve your time today to get started on your journey! What this includes: - Bootcamp dates are from January 8th, 2024 until March 30th, 2024. - 12-week training plan with me at my private home gym - 3 sessions a week on Tuesday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's - 1-hour training sessions - A new macro-based meal plan every 4 weeks - Access to my members only app for progress tracking, cardio logs, workouts, and other resources. - Weekly check-ins for accountability and habit tracking 50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED (non-refundable) REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID BY JANUARY 8TH, 2024. Once booked I will reach out to set up payment terms for the remaining balance.
