Sol Fitness works with women and men to provide guidance and tools that will help them achieve their fitness goals. Stephany specializes in working with women to sculpt and shape their body to their own personal goals, teaches a better relationship with food, and emphasizes physical movement for a positive affect on mental health. Fernando specializes with men focused on building muscle and building overall strength of the body. He also teaches a healthy relationship with food and he works with clients to take into consideration all factors that could be hindering progress. Both Stephany and Fernando enable their clients to learn new habits that will help them long term. The goal is to provide clients with everything they'll need to continue on their fitness journey and turn it into their lifestyle.

I highly recommend Steph as a fitness trainer. She’s dedicated, passionate, and knows what she’s doing. I’ve learned how vital macros/meal planning is in order to lose weight, gain muscle and have energy. I was able to train with her for 4 months. I lost 20 lbs, went from XL to M, from size 14 in pants to size 8, and bra from 40C to 36C but mainly I felt amazing!! I was horrible at taking pictures but for me, it was more about how I felt than how I looked. It was hard to not continue to train with her due to family circumstances, but I’ll go back when I’m able to. Thank you Steph for making me realize my fitness potential and dedication!!
